Hi i wanted to start TODAY on june 1, 2005 I got all the things i needed for the recipe but dont know what the salt is for or is that even needed???? how much salt do u put in and is that part of the recipe? I'll just do it w/out the salt and add it in if thats what it calls for. if any one can give me the exact recipe that whould be great!

THis is the recipe i have:
60oz water (10oz glass)
12 tablespoon maple (2tbsp glass)
12 "" Lemon juice( 2tsbp glass)
a little over a teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
+oh and take two herbal teas one in morning and at night.

HOW much water should u be drinkin on top of the Master Cleanse????
