still fighting and hope i can win this .. always wear disposable gloves whenever I need to touch my anal area (when shower and every bowel movements) always bag my pants and panties by small disposable garbage bag then tight the top and put them in the lid closed container. Never mix these with whatever clothing. always clean the toilet bowls , surface every times after I sit. always wash my hands after taking off disposable gloves and then wash again at the sink after walk out from toilet. always wash my hands every times when I need to cook or eat. taking albendazole 16days continue now and go on will max until 28 days (its too much but I am trying) my breakfast with albendazole I will mix 1/2 coconut milk + 2 tb organic coconut flake + (1 or 2 tb organic raw pumpkins seed + 1 tb flaxseed oil shake them all together) it's fatty meal. After this meal my tummy really full I will not able to eat or drink anything after this meal. It's very full feeling meal. my during the day , 1 or 2 TB papaya seed shake with water. I buy fresh papaya and eat the meat and then save the seeds. Sometime papayas look so green then I buy them and sit them at my home. Sometime I sit them for 2 weeks for ripe. There are enzyme in papaya seed that help digest meat. But some research said that also will help digest eggs (destroy parasite's egg) and also these enzyme kill parasites by damage their skins , hurt them) I feel good after take these seed shake. It's not yummy. But if it taste so bad for you shake these seeds with coconut milk or some flavor drink. before bed time or whenever I have chance I will eat a few clove of chop garlic. I take probiotic capsule or probiotic drink. I don't do laxative, I don't know what wrong with that to me. But I feel like my ability of my intestine is weak. And I feel more itchy and burn from my inside under my anal skin. (severe , very bad burn) Maybe I am allergic but I don't know for sure. But I stop. Also I stop drinking squeeze lemon water. I don't know what happen but I got really itchy and bad burn under my anal skin for a week. That burn was hurt. I was on itchy cream days and nights to stop the feeling. Before I had a very bad burn feeling. I had been drinking squeeze lemon water for a few weeks and did some laxative (Maybe I did too much on both of them together) I understand that lemon water is great. But maybe i did it too much. I don't use itchy cream now. I don't feel them moving anymore. But I know they still there. I still feel very very very low itch on the surface of around my anal hole but very very very low. But after shower in the morning and night the feeling will be gone 98 - 100% Maybe I have some toxin of die off that leak a little bit to make it itch or I still have them in very very low number. I am tired of doing these. All of my day routine that I write about. But I used to it. I will do it for a year or two. The food that I consume during the day help me a lot. I used to take albendazole without my fighting parasite food. 2 time, 1 time for 1 week. so i took 2 week. And my itchy and worm movement was still there. I used to take herbal worm wood , black walnut and whatever a lot with strict no sugar at all diet for 2 months. It helped a lot. but at those time I still use cream for itchy and worm still move at my anal hole. I used to put clove oil (i can find only therapeutic grade) on my anal hole for a week. After a week my anal skin burn and small pieces of my dread anal skin fall out and hurt. Really hurt I had to heal that for a while. I don't know where t get a food grade clove oil. But I don't wanna do that again. I used to put noxema cream 24 hr a day. Maybe for 2 week. But It made my but wet forever and my panties all wet at that time I wore disposable panties. It helps itching immediately but I don't know for sure if this method really able to kill parasite. It might work for somebody. What are you guy routine of dealing with parasite (pinworms) I hope we can fight this. I still fighting and I have hope. And Believe.
