From what I've read on fasting, you have to use up your fat stores before the body starts eating away at benign tumors, cysts etc?
I am obese, so would I need to do a series of fast to get my weight low enough.
I am 240 lbs and 5'6.
Thinking of doing series of 21 days or 30 day fasts, eating plant based for 2 or 3 weeks, doing another long fast, until I get to a underweight/and or stop having the painful cramps, then get a check up and see if they are gone.
