Hi so a few years late perhaps, but I found crushing fresh garlic, and steeping it in hot water for a least a couple of hours, then straining it, so you get garlic water. Make about a cup full, and add no more than 4 drops of tea tree oil. Mix together, and once cooled, I snort one drop from a dropper, into each nostril. It treats both fungal and bacterial sinus infection. Good luck
