I wonder if you recently started taking multivitamins and/or herb extracts? I had a similar experience with increased breakouts while taking multivitamins with herb additives. Never knew which ingredient caused my problem but after stopping the vitamins my outbreaks went back to normal.

A healthy Diet and exercise should help, so I can only guess there is some other factor you're missing.
