Branched Chain Amino Acids
Hello All
I find a Branched Chain Amino Acids supplement helps me a lot with strength and stamina also with sleep.
But the recent supplement I have been using gives me kidney pain so I discontinued using it.

My questions are as follows

Why the kidney pain?

Can anyone recommend a quality supplement of branched chain amino acids?

Would a general overall amino acid supplement be good idea? (not just branched chain)
