I am thinking of trying this too. I think haha's point in listening to our bodies is soooo important. I think it is the single most important thing. For me I take my vitamins and other supplements and of course my estrogen even though they say vitamins are not needed if I don't take them I feel it maybe just psychological but I have to take that and my vitamin B complex or I would be cranky with no food. I take other supplements to curb my appetite and it is working so I am listening to my body and that is a good point I think haha makes. I think I will try this flush too
