Thank you for your response. What you have said makes a lot of sense. Prior to beginning the MC, I had begun a partial day fast with my church; I had been on this fast for about 13 days. During this time I stopped eating pork and only had small amounts of beef and fish. I am glad to hear that someone else has had similar experiences. I was beginning to wonder if any changes were being made in my body.

Today is day 9 and I am still feeling great. I'm not sure how long I will go. I think I am just going to listen to my body and continue reading the posts here. The support here is wonderful.
