All you gotta do is not lick them other than to remove the tiny flakes that are ready to come off. You need to get them wet too dont be afraid of water, love getting them wet with liquids. All i did was stop licking obsessively and use water to heal them, if i get a flake i nibble it off without obsessive licking . This is not the method of licking and nibbling, its not licking but if there is a flake you can gently nibble it off withou damage. I read these ridiculous theorys, they are so wrong. I know i will get belittled and told i am wrong but im not. Bye
