I see this message was many years ago, but I have similar issues and have for many years. Any form of calcium that I ingest, whether by food, drink or supplements gives me the same issues you describe. Did you ever figure out what the problem was?? I did not have a white coating on my tongue that I know of, but many issues. I too am sure it is calcium that gives me these symptoms.
