Seems like you have a fundamental misunderstanding of what the kidneys and liver functions perform.

The kidneys filter and balance the blood composition. Urine is plasma ultra filtrate.

The liver removes toxins, waste, parasites, which end up in the intestine.

Worms in your urine would be most unlikely if not impossible.
