And I 100% agree that diet is crucial and paleo - or the one you noted (need to look it up) can be lifechangjng -
The pizza dough you mentioned - wow!
And I heard this about yeasts - and slime molds in some food - cysts etc.
Anyhow - the small intestine is also where immunity centers from and yeast can clog it too
