Make a paste of borax and peroxide and scrub your body then shower off. If you dump peroxide right on affected area you will see them emerge. use sulfer soap. Keep taking ivermectin 7 days on and 3 days off. take it for months. It sounds like some type of mite. Also take doxycycline for 9 weeks.
