Does anyone know of particles or something that might reside in a space even with windows open, and cross breezes blowing?

Not sure if I have spores or mold in my room from an old house I was in, but I am having what seems like an allergic reaction almost every day.

It's bad when I wake - my head will hurt, my sinuses will feel weird.

It's been happening whenever I move, even if I travel, and I don't have a lot stuff. It all fits in a room I am renting, but it think it must be something on my stuff.

I am trying to thin it out - I've been giving and throwing away things and papers. Sometimes I think it's on my papers, as it get worse if I open an old notebook, and they're not that old.

Other sensations during the day are odd pains in my head, I feel groggy, achy, a cold sensation in my throat, even though it's warm in my room.

I use 2 fans, 2 air purifiers, and run an ozone generator (I leave the room for that).

I don't know what this is, it's been going on for about 6 years.

I think I either have to get rid of it in the air, or from my stuff, or from me.

I detox, exercise, go the gym, I walk, I drink detox teas, I eat well - mostly organic, paleo, hardly any bread, fried, Sugar or fruit. A fair amount of veggies and salad.

Maybe a product or device will get rid of whatever it is. I know of zappers and rife devices and such.

Does anyone know of a machine, product or something that might help?
