once you get above a hundred milligrams or so the only "side effects" (there are no such things, only effects) that are bothersome is the sinus drainage and runny nose. with continued use this finally detoxes all the mucus and it dries up pretty good. in this world of pollution and toxins its a wonder anyone can breathe and the natural healthy response is to be expelling through all the cold symptoms.

the highest one time dose we were able to find was 10 grams. i forget what thats for but it does seem like a lot. i took half that and thought my head would explode. detox in the modern age. this kind of thing didnt happen a hundred years ago.

we have all been mis-halogenated. or is that dys-halogenated? mal-hal?
