Use " sebamed " a kind of chapstick with no harmful ingredients.which is working well for me . Am facing this peeling problem more than 15 years. And the reason behind peeling lips is our food habit. Try to stay as vegetarian . If u want u can eat fish . Avoid chicken and red meat. Our lower lip has link with large intestine and if any problem in large intestine definitely It will reflect in our lips. So eat fruits and vegetables alone to get cure soon. Sad thing about this peeling lips is none of the doctors are aware of this illness.
