You are doing fine. You are experiencing all symptoms of fasting.

You have to figure out a way to do some acivity, keep you mind busy. BM is not going to happen till your body decides to let it go. Many people do enemas during a fast, I don't. I have done fasts when I clean my colon before I begin my fast.

Just drink warm water and clean your tongue with a scraper. I hope you are not brushing your teeth or using mouth washes.

Your mom and relatives will not understand the magic of fasting until they do it themselves.
