I am on Day 7 and I have been following the Master-Cleanse as outlined in the book; however after reading a number of the posts, it sounds like I may not be getting the results that many of you have encountered.

I have plenty of energy, I have had none of the headaches, dizziness, etc. and am urinating a great deal. My expectation was that I would see more waste in my eliminations; however it appears that the only thing I am eliminating is the lemonade. Is this normal? Any feedback would be appreciated.
