Did you ever find a treatment? I hAve all the same things but now I have lesions all over my face that make big dents like on Morglonz disease. The black specs are some type of big that flies in to u and bites till you wipe it off. They get into clothes and everything else and makes things move,ur not crazy! Get a cheap flea comb to remove off of dog. He/she wl thank u for it. Those suckers Hurt! U let this guy wash his clothes at my house and ever since I have like 20 diff types of tiny bugs including everyone u mentioned. Look in your eyebrows and see if you can squeeze little hair like things out where it looks darker than normal.
