Drinking all your urine is very cleansing, but tough to do over the long haul.

The point about the external urine massage is that there are many aspects/properties of the urine which do not make it through the digestive process, and can only be absorbed through the skin.

Try it and you will see right away for yourself. You really get a marvellous feeling to your skin.
It kinda makes sense when you consider how the skin is the body's largest organ.
Try to age the urine at least 4 days.

Fresh urine works too, just not quite the same potency as when you age it some.
