So thanks for everybody who answers but it seems that if i drink ALL of my urine, I still seem to get healing effects, but it takes some time. Basically, If i only drink one cup a day the effects are really small but if I literally drink the entire urine i urinate that day i definitely still notice an improvement, slowly but its there i think. Anyway, thanks again to everyone who answers!!
