Please help identify white specks in my stool? I've had them consistently in my stool since starting a strict anti candida diet 3 months ago. I've had candida for over 20 years, causing leaky gut and an immune response - alopecia areata. Although I don't see Candida albicans in my stool anymore I'm not really improving as expected - still get anal itch, still have yellow cakey tongue and still get hair fall out. Right now I'm suffering fatigue like never before, It's been at least a month and If it's detox I just want it done with! I keep in shape and I'm normally active but these issues make me feel 30 years older! I'm on antifungals, DE, ACV, garlic, digestive enzymes, l-glutamine, vit c and all the antifungals in cooking such as coconut oil. Also make my own kefir and take 45billion probiotics. I drink 3 litres of water daily and workout but still get constipated a few times a week. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? And what are these tiny little white seseme seed like specks in my stool, they are there everyday, and I don't eat seeds.
