Just find a really good chinese doctor near you in India and that will help you. Your system is "stucked" that is why it never goes away. Chinese medicine works with ying and yang. There must be balance. Some of your organ is probably not working properly and need to be fixed. DONT spend money on creams and steroids. Search for a real chinese doctor that has long experience and solved problems with chronic skin diseases before! I promise you, there is a way out.... don't give up! I suffered 4 years and thought it should never go away.
