Hey, I too have the most trouble in the evening. I know that the first three days are hell, rationalizing eating and giving up, but it's worth it to push through.. I have found a couple ways to help get you through the evening (worst time ever). If you enjoy the taste of the mixture without water as I do then you have a way through the hunger pangs and the psychological ones also . Simply save up your last two drinks of the day so you can have them together in it's concentrated form. I do so with a small spoon (the smaller the spoon the better), I consume it as if it were a dessert spoon by spoon and savoring each bite and slowly enjoying the flavor. If you don't like the heat from the cayenne you can alsways add that to your water that you will drink immediately after you enjoy your little dessert/cleanse lemonade. I also would advice you to take some psyllium capsules as they help with the feeling of fullness.. Apparently according to a book I read on secrets to doihe cleanse there are some foods hat you can eat such as a pickle or too super well chewed is a must. Alot of people will say you really aren't doing the cleanse, but cucumber is a perfect food and clean. so a pickle or two will most definitely help you get through those first days. after that I promise it's smooth sailing. another thing that alot of people have stated the the Salt Water Flush is very difficult. I have found a way to make it more tolerable. Take you 2 tsps of non iodized Sea Salt and mix it in a 1/4 to /1/3 of filtered water. and drink that down and straight away after you must them drink the 1 litre or a quart of water, the salt and water will mix in your tummy. It is a very doable way to do the SWF. i hope this helps and good luck to you.
