I'm doing the Andreas Mortiz liver flush. This is my first liver flush. I colon cleansed ( Oxypowder ) for a couple of days before day of flush, ate clean meals during these days, then yesterday, the actual day of the flush, I only had red beet juice in the morning to make sure my colon would still be clean. I did only use 2 1/2 tablespoons of Epsom Salt instead of the 4 recommended because I am on the thinner side (100lbs) and was a little scared from all the stories I read about ES. I also thought 2 1/2 tablespoons would be enough. I've never really had problems with bowel movements, I'm very regular.
So I took the first ES serving, then serving #2, and no bowel movement. Took the OO/GF mix, 6oz GF + 4oz OO, did everything as written in the book, still no movement. It is now 3:40am in the morning and still nothing... I don't feel horrible at all, how so many other people have described when they do the flush, just mainly very fatigued from not eating. My stomach and insides are making lots of grumbling noises too, and I feel some pressure inside. There's some small pains in my back/abdomen popping up here and there, but nothing that would disturb my sleep. I'm a light sleeper btw. Since drinking the OO/GF mix I do feel slightlyyy nauseous , but nothing that's making me run to throw up or anything. Could even be because I haven't eaten. Is this all normal? No sickness, no movements yet??
I REALLY want to take a few Oxypowder pills right now to get things going, is that okay to do during the flush? Every time I look this up, no where says anything about taking the pills during the actual flush, only before and after.... So can I take the oxy pills? I know this will for sure get me to go to the bathroom. I really don't want to do an enema, I've never done one, I'd prefer if I can to take the oxy pills
