Hi, I'm new to these forums. I hope someone can help me!

I decided to use Oxypowder to do a 7 day colon cleanse.

I started last night. I took 4 capsules at 10pm.
I woke at 3.30pm and spent a long time eliminating! TMI!

I managed about 4 very very small movements today.

30 mins ago I took 3 capsules instead of 4. Within 20 mins I was on the loo. And now I feel too scared to try to sleep.
My stomach is gurgling like mad and I keep needing to go to the loo.

They are supposed to work over night! Any idea what's happening?

I'm taking them with a glass of water with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to help my stomach's hcl levels.

Any help is massively appreciated :)
