I have the same problem. What you got to do first of all is change your died. I was the king of junk food, and paid the price for it. Malnutrition is one of the causes. You got to eat your fruits and veggies. Need to boost your testosterone. We live in a world where estrogen mimicking chemicals are everywhere. Try to do your best to avoid them. By doing that you'll see improvements. I did feel better, though did not cure me. I take zinc, magnesium, calcium. They are good. Recently though Ive learned about the body ph level. Ive tried baking soda. Organic food grade. It has helped me even further. Baking soda makes your body more alkaline. But like I said you need to start with changing your diet taking the right vitamins and minerals. Gluck
