You don't need to ask a dry fasting forum how to refeed after a fast, you can just google "how to treat dehydration".
the webmd link used to mention potassium but has been modified.
the rehydrate.org link does mention potassium.
a proper rehydration solution should contain the exact balance of sugar, salt and potassium, as an incorrect mixture can be fatal and that has been proved in 3rd world countries I think.
it seems almost every dry fasting newby quotes the russians and takes for gospel what they say, the most common one is the "cells turn into mini furnaces and burn up the toxins" , absolutley no scientific basis whatsoever but it sounds exciting!
I think filonov actually recommends protein to wake up the pancreas!
I'd rather stick to the scientific communities advice on treating dehydration.
The length of my fasts (4 days max) it's not actually that much of a risk, but I prefer to go as easy on my body anyway. There are people on here dry fasting for >10 days and in those cases it's probably a miracle they are still alive if they didnt end it with a rehydration solution, or maybe that is why this forum is so quiet these days :p
