I had my Amalgam fillings removed by a dentist who trains other dentists in safely doing so. He was so very thorough (thankfully!), that part of the aftercare was to take liquid zeolite and cilantro tablets, then to have hair samples analysed as he said mercury tends to go between the colon and the liver--very difficult for the body to eliminate without the zeolite and cilantro's effects to assist the process. I am not sure about your pulse, though I have found deep, slow breathing and a willingness to allow whatever emotions arising to be, and to move as they need to, to alleviate anxiety and slow my heart rate.
