Hi, I have just bought an IR sauna to help my body temperature come up and used it for the first time yesterday on the lowest setting for 30 minutes. I did not sweat much which I expected, but my bowel has speeded up tremendously and I have had 3 large movements after eating which I am very happy about as I usually struggle to go once a day. Is this a normal side effect? Any help appreciated.
