I'm trying to quit myself. I went to vaping for the last year or so and have quit completely for about a week now. I still get really bad cravings but it seems to be getting better. Strangely, I kinda enjoyed vaping more than cigarettes, but I could tell it still messed up my breathing and lungs. There is a strange addiction to the flavoring almost too. Like sometimes I wanted to vape just for the flavor. Tiring it with nicotine didn't help either.
