I'm currently trying those probiotics than lbinns was/is able to "control" his EC with.

I have to add that my EC got a whole lot better about 1.5 years ago. It was so much better for the past 1.5 years that I would have been totally fine to live with it for the rest of my life. I am now trying to do whatever I did when that happened, but I'm not sure what did the trick. It might just have been sun (which we don't get at the moment), a coincidence or something else.

I'm now taking an anti allergy medication that I was also using at the time.

On top of that, I have been trying Bag Balm as a constant moisturizer...

Not sure what will come next, maybe just trying to manage it until the summer to see if lots of sun puts it back into a dormant state.
