At the beginning, I was applying one layer every two hours, which is not effective. It irritates your lips and creates a big "artificial crust" (product crust not skin).

I tried it again but I just put one layer on my lips that I kept until it goes away by itself. It was way more effective and my lips were looking better.
You don't need to put several layers on your lips, one is more than enough.

I might try this method again. It would be great if other people try this.
