Thank-you for the detailed reply and the link on how to use the oral irrigator correctly.
Mine is different to the one in the video, it is more portable and has a small water reservoir attached to the handle.

I used to see a Hygienist regularly but she never did measure the pockets.

I can see the roots on my back teeth where I used to brush particularly hard.

My gums are not inflamed and do not bleed, they look healthy now except around one problem Molar.

I have been using the oral irrigator on soft mode so as not to damage my gums but perhaps I should try out the pulse mode.

I have ever seen Hydrogen Peroxide for sale here in the UK so will make some enquiries.

So basically you are saying that your gums grew back from using a water pik with 3% Hydrochloride added to distilled water?
