It sounds like you were detoxing and not everything came out. Moritz explained in his book that it won't always feel better after releasing toxins from the liver. In your case it sounds like you have some Gallstones that were stuck in your large intestine. You were going deeper in the cleanse and I don't think you could expel everything. I recommend a colonic irrigation (colon hydrotherapy) or a series of water enemas.
