Thanks again, WS. I will read through the Elimination-Rotation Diet to see if I am hypersensitive to a particular food(s).

As for the Blood Type Diet , I'm skeptical about that and if there is any Science behind it. Seems like the healthiest populations don't eat differently based on their blood type, but I will keep it in mind. :-) I appreciate you sharing your ideas.
