In general, the vast majority of antiparasitics do not cross the BBB.

In general, Albendazole has been shown to assist in some penetration of meds deeper into tissues.

Albendazole is capable of getting worms out of the inner ear, and I read somewhere that it helps protect key organs.

I use it at some 3 to 4 mg/kg every day.

I know it works on some stages and locations, that is why I still do it.

Many studies show that when coupled with certain other antiparasitics, the result is more powerful.

In and by itself, ALB is not a dramatically effective med. I prefer to think of ALB as a co-factor.
