Yeah certainly... as long as it was freshly squeezed and not store bought the juice would work better... I just had whole, as too much pineapple can be a very sweet situation, and the fibre helps of the whole pineapple flesh somewhat helps slow it down in the system, rather than the straight juice smashing insulin into the bloodstream... I actually think fresh juice would be much more effective...
