Hi Lelly86!, Thanks for your message. I think you are right. I have started doing squats, Kegels and a few other excecises. Question for you... is there a YouTube video that you think has the best excercises to help with this issue? If yes, please share. Or any excercises that you know for sure will help. I am female and have moved from not feeling any gas come out, to feeling gas, only that I cannot seem to stop it when I want to.
Also how long did it take for you to feel cured?
