Hey bb! So sorry ur feeling unwell. I also have candita and am on the cleanse/ doing enzymes to get rid of it. How long have you been taking the L Glutamine? Just a heads up: i started taking it a couple months ago before I knew about candita and it made me feel super depressed and also manic for the first time in my life. My doctor said it's rare but if you can't process L glutamine, it can seriously affect your mental health. She also said that it means i probably have a GAD gene mutation which is treatable. And then you can reintroduce the l glutamine. Not sure if that's what you're experiencing but it might be worth looking into! Sending love and light and hope to you. Izy
