I agree over production of sebum on the skin is a major factor combined with an allergic reaction to the fungus that grows on that oil....Its pretty standard view of SD actually.

I know whatever I eat I will have oily skin, my whole family has oily skin its clearly genetic. But I wonder by your Science if there is anything that could inhibit IGF-1 in the body?

It could ease sebum production and help sufferers possibly.
