I should add that I did ozone therapy for 3 times a day for 7 days but I started feeling very tired which can be a reaction to the ozone killing bacteria and viruses in your body.I therefore stopped for 7 days to recover and then started again for 3 weeks again doing it 3 times per day but again I started feeling tired so I stopped for another week.I now do it just once a day for 2-5 minutes just before going to bed and I get no outbreaks and I never feel tired anymore.Sometimes I go abroad and dont do ozone therapy but I dont get out breaks.If I stopped for say 6 months I dont know if it would return.If you do ozone every day for a lengthy period I would assume your chances of killing the virus completely will increase.
