I'm prone to anxiety and depression. I'm bipolar. I've attempted suicide so many times that I've truly lost track. I'd say at least 25 times. I'm on psych meds.

Well, I've been doing really well for months now. We quit drinking about 10 months ago and things have been so much better!

However, I've been gradually going...d...o...w...n. So, the other day I bought some nips. While he was in the shower, I mixed some with juice and powdered cinnamon and cloves. (I use a lot of that for another stupid problem I have.)
