Posting photos gives me brain fog.
Trust me, my Colloidal Silver is crystal clear and the red laser is VERY hard to see in a lighted room. Just like this:

Not more than 1 or 2 sparkles to be seen. The Silvertron Elite measures the PPM precisely and it automatically shuts off at 20ppm for the silver I take internally, confirmed by the calibrated Hanna PWT Meter.
I also make 30ppm for my Ultrasonic Humidifier used in my bedroom. The laser in 30ppm CS is easily seen in a lighted room, just like this, but a little less bright:

Also, sparkles will sink to the bottom, so if you let your silver sit for a few days, it will help remove 98% of any sparkles. The sparkles are caused by the black coating that falls off the electrodes. You can also get less PPM by adjusting your manual timer for less time.
This is the FIRST time in many decades that I have escaped my usual severe chest cold, and I no longer get Asthma Attacks. My asthma is not cured, but I can easily live with it by inhaling CS.
This is new, and just came in, see the insides of the Silvertron Elite:

Compare this to what is inside your generator. The Elite is clearly TOP SHELF, extremely high quality. I am thrilled with it. I make 3 gallons a week for my humidifier. I suggest you get their 1 oz. silver bar, it will last a lifetime.
I assume you are using quality distilled water. Test it with your PWM meter to be sure it is pure before making your CS. Also test it with your laser. Surprisingly, the charcoal filters used in distillers can make the water impure.
Here is another idea for you. Take it apart and add a 1 mah Current Limiting Diode in series with the positive electrode replacing the resistor. This will guarantee top quality silver. See wiring & details here:

The Anode goes to + on the power supply & the cathode goes to the electrode. If you want to get fancy, put a 5 milliamp meter in series with the negative electrode.
Best to you,
Grizz
