Thank you so much for this post. I just "failed" my first day. I realize that I need to prepare the entire day worth of lemonade otherwise I am working and not drinking. Next thing you know hunger crept in and I grabbed chips.
I am going to press reset. Drink my tea tonight and start again tomorrow with the salt water flush and tea for 10 days maybe I will change the goal to 15 if I make it to 7 days. I need to turn up the discipline.
