To update my case:

I've made some tests and almost every organ that were inflammed 5 months ago, aren´t anymore. I have only a big inflamation at my stomach, and my liver is a little bit inflamed too.
I've made a compreensive stool test that shows a lot of microscopic yeast.
Also, it shows I have a lot of dysbiotic Citrobacter froundii complex bacteria and unbalanced Hemolytic Escherichia coli.

Feeling nausea and lightheaded today, it sucks.
