You post might scare some people away from using raw milk.

I have been using raw milk for 4 years now and my experience is opposite of yours. Good kefir, just very sour. If I had your experience I would not keep doing it.

I would suggest that anyone starting to make kefir to see what works for them, same as you and I did.

I did appreciate your post. I learned some things I did not know.
