Hi. I have some questions. I just ordered the product on amazon but won't receive it until Thursday.

dillan94 said it prevents buildup. If it prevents buildup, then what happens if you leave it on 24/7? Why would you have to remove it and use other creams if it prevents skin buildup? Does your lips gradually look worse each day while using this? Also should I remove all the skin on my lips before using it, or is it ok to put over dead skin?
