I am not sure these are really flukes, although you know better what you have been eating so i guess you have already excluded the option of undigested food.
Look, as i have said before, i dont think you got rid of them completely in the first place. Flukes grow slowly and you cannot have them again in such an amount. You can try parawellness but if you see them in your stool why do you want to get a positive lab test? The drug is the same for all flatworms regardless what type. I have done a challenge test with praziquantel and albendazole and i seem not to have any. If you do, i suggest to do mattk3's formula of ~50 days which is a lower dosing than ICU's as many i have heard failed to remove them completely with the ICU formula but had success with mattk3. You can find his document here. I know he also had people on challenge test for flukes with moxidectin plus (prazi+moxi) in low doses with success. The challenge test is to show you how bad your infection is so you can prepare for the 50 day period. The 50 day period deals with systemic infections, if yours is not systemic you might be able to remove them in a shorter time. Low dosing is much more effective plus there is no hair loss. I have been using albendazole in the same low dosing for almost a year and i have no hair loss. iCU recommends far too high doses of this which is unnecessary.
I would also do a challenge test for roundworms as they can be still in the background and they are famous for being very hard to remove, especially with herbs.
