Excuse me but Six months of treatment with a drug that gives you little to no relief seems pointless and you should move on to try another substance immediately.

Have you tried Ivermectin and Albendazole? Those are the gold standard allrounder and they can as I've read be taken together for synergetic effect.

Six months on one drug, especially unsupervised just seems very excessive.
